Thank you for sharing your time and expertise at our ICA meeting. We’ve had programs on developing content in the past, but never anything that linked social channels as you described – and you added push marketing as well. It was eye-opening – and so interesting – to know the strategy and then see how the elements of a campaign can come together.

Coordinating the campaign must have been challenging, especially as you described the silo organization. I have heard social media and the corporate silo mentality linked as problems, but didn’t understand why until you gave your example of being in the middle.

I have never worked on this type of campaign, but have led teams for product launches and complex interactive program, with multiple part and pieces and people who have specialized skills. This reminded me of that kind of challenging project.
